Monthly Checks

 

Each extinguisher receives

a metal tag which we punch

each month to indicate

Yearly Maintenance 

Includes annual tag, required by the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA); the agency that provides the fire code adopted and enforced by the state of Tennessee.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Six Year Maintenance

NFPA 10.7.3.1.2.1 requires that most

extinguishers receive internal maintenance

Twelve Year Maintenance

 

NFPA 10.8.3.1 requires that most extinguishers receive internal maintenance including a hydro-static test every twelve years.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Recharge

 

Summit should be called to refill your extinguishers immediately after use.
